ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME IS 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS FROM DAY OF PURCHASE.
 

If you have any issues with your order regarding tracking, shipping or delivery, please contact USPS directly before reaching out as we experience high email volume. We are unable to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing them.. 
 

More shipping notes:

• Orders over $150 receive free ground shipping in the continental US.

• Orders under $100 have shipping based on product weight. 

• We cannot support international shipping at this time.

We will gladly offer you a replacement or store credit on any eligible or damaged home decor merchandise within 14 days of purchase date. Please email shopoccasionally@gmail.com  to request a return authorization. You will need to include your order number, email associated with the order and reason for request, as well as photos of any damages if applicable. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any participating merchandise on the site.
